1. Responsibility for Business Documentation(āĻŦā§āĻ¯āĻŦāĻ¸āĻžāĻ¯āĻŧāĻŋāĻ āĻāĻžāĻāĻāĻĒāĻ¤ā§āĻ°ā§āĻ° āĻĻāĻžāĻ¯āĻŧāĻŋāĻ¤ā§āĻŦ)
The stall holder is solely responsible for maintaining all necessary business documents (licenses, permits, tax-related papers, etc.). The organizers shall not be held liable.

The stall owner bears full responsibility for selling illegal products or engaging in unlawful activities. The organizers shall not be liable for any fines or legal issues.

3. Indemnity to Organizers(āĻāĻ¯āĻŧā§āĻāĻāĻĻā§āĻ° āĻā§āĻˇāĻ¤āĻŋāĻĒā§āĻ°āĻŖ)
The stall owner will be solely liable for any fines, damages, or legal complications. The organizers shall not be responsible for any matters related to business operations.

4. Mandatory Contract(āĻā§āĻā§āĻ¤āĻŋ āĻŦāĻžāĻ§ā§āĻ¯āĻ¤āĻžāĻŽā§āĻ˛āĻ)
Before assigning a stall, a written contract must be executed including: stall holder's name, business/brand name, and detailed product list.
āĻ¸ā§āĻāĻ˛ āĻĻā§āĻāĻ¯āĻŧāĻžāĻ° āĻāĻā§ āĻ˛āĻŋāĻāĻŋāĻ¤ āĻā§āĻā§āĻ¤āĻŋ āĻšāĻŦā§: āĻ¨āĻžāĻŽ, āĻŦā§āĻ¯āĻŦāĻ¸āĻžāĻ° āĻ¨āĻžāĻŽ āĻāĻŦāĻ āĻĒāĻŖā§āĻ¯ā§āĻ° āĻ¤āĻžāĻ˛āĻŋāĻāĻžāĨ¤
5. Sale of Products Outside the Contract is Prohibited(āĻā§āĻā§āĻ¤āĻŋāĻ° āĻŦāĻžāĻāĻ°ā§ āĻĒāĻŖā§āĻ¯ āĻŦāĻŋāĻā§āĻ°āĻ¯āĻŧ āĻ¨āĻŋāĻˇāĻŋāĻĻā§āĻ§)
Sale of any products not listed in the contract is strictly prohibited. Violation grants the organizers the right to cancel the stall.
